As Head Host (Duty Manager),you are responsible to oversee front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the front desk team. This position involves leading the team in providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, strong leadership quality, and good communication skill.
Qualifications:
The succesful candidate will meet the following criteria :
Indonesian Nationality with degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management
Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in Luxury Hotel or 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Strong in leadership and business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest servicesatisfaction and experience
Strong people management and development skills
Computer literacy Microsoft Office and Opera System
