Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in communications, marketing, and leading cross-functional teams to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager at BLN24, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration among various departments, and achieving our strategic objectives. About You:
Strategic Program Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing programs to support the client's strategic goals.
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with the overall client strategy.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, to ensure seamless execution of programs.
Foster strong working relationships and effective communication across teams.
Communication and Marketing Strategy:
Ability to drive and oversee communication and marketing strategy teams that align with the company's brand and target audience.
Manage the creation of content, campaigns, and materials that effectively convey the company's and client message.
Resource Management:
Allocate and manage program resources, including budget, personnel, and external vendors.
Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to ensure program success.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges within programs and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and address issues as they arise to keep programs on track.
Performance Analysis:
Regularly assess program performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for program improvement.
Provide regular reporting to senior management on program status and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
Ensure that stakeholder feedback is incorporated into program development and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Preferred, but not required, working knowledge and experience within federal clients.
Proven record of building rapport, strong working relationships and strategic growth activities within existing clients.
Proven experience (7+ years) in program management, specifically in communications and marketing.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategic communications.
