We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager for our North America Customer Markets (CMU) organization. Success in this role is to be achieved through creating and implementing companywide programs that improve the capability, productivity and efficiency of the CMU organization.

This visible role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Enablement, and seamlessly collaborate with the Sales Operations, Marketing, CMU, Global Enablement and Delivery organizations to enable Fujitsu’s business in North America.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE

  • Develop and drive sales enablement strategy that implements best practices in enablement methods and tools

  • Lead regional sales enablement and empower teams to deliver value to the sellers or sales teams through efficiently designed and well-implemented sales development programs

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure that sales reps are up to speed more quickly to reduce time to revenue, increase sales job satisfaction and ensure corporate sales processes are adhered to

  • Support companywide initiatives to launch new offerings and initiatives into sales channels in conjunction with Delivery teams and executive management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide the Sales team with knowledge, tools and resources to effectively develop and communicate the value of Fujitsu’s products and services and close deals

  • Maintain a master schedule and roadmap for all recurring and one-time sales enablement activities

  • Identify key internal contacts and act as a liaison for all members of the Sales organization and management

  • Lead in the implementation of new tools and processes

  • Assist sales leadership in rolling out communication activities

  • Work with HR and the Sales Operations team to effectively on board/off board team members

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years direct experience and success in designing, developing and implementing companywide Sales Enablement programs and/or Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or related fields

  • Experience within a large, global matrix organization requiring cross-function teamwork and collaboration

  • Knowledge or direct experience with sales enablement technologies constitutive of an effective technology stack including CRM, LMS, content management applications, outreach, communication and scheduling tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment acting as an internal consultant and working effectively with remote sales team members and management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent problem solving, prioritization, multi-tasking and collaboration skills
