The Channel Manager works with the Director, Sr. Director, VP of Alliances and DVP to implement and execute

the defined ADP alliance strategy within their assigned area(s) of responsibility. Build relationships with partners

to drive incremental new business for ADP. Reports on the success of each relationship and works to make

improvements where necessary. Works with partners and ADP marketing to identify and execute on opportunities

and campaigns to promote the alliance. Train the alliance partner and their personnel on the ADP value proposition

and our products and services. Build awareness throughout ADP and our partner organization by communicating

field success and best practices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supports sales by driving and establishing field level connections with their external partners.

· Driving incremental revenue, in assigned area, through partner and partner ecosystem including System

Integrators, consultants, VARS, associations and buying groups.

· Meets or exceeds assigned quota for alliance generated business within assigned area of responsibility.

· Assist in the creation of quarterly strategic plan regarding Partners within their assigned area of

responsibility.

· Communicates alliance opportunities weekly to the Sr. Director or Director.

· Assists in training partners on ADP products that are applicable to their segment.

· Identifies, coordinates, and tracks leads through partners and works with field sales team to identify

appropriate solutions.

· Manages campaigns and targeted marketing efforts with partners working with ADP sales teams.

· Responsible for aligning with BU Marketing and Sales Operations to coordinate and execute pre and post

event activities.

· Assist in providing quarterly updates to ADP Service, GMs and Operations management to build

awareness.

· Provides support to the field DSM by following up on alliance opportunities.

· Support of Trade Show Events and strategic partner field kick offs.

· Report ROI through Event Recap Analysis for each alliance event at 2 weeks and 60-day mark.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in experience. 5-8+ years’ experience in sales, business development,

channel marketing, product marketing and/or distribution channels.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $43,300.00 - $93,900.00 / Year
