We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team in the Property Management industry. Based in Tustin, California, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, with a hybrid work model that includes both remote work and in-office commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure all necessary actions are taken

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and ensure accuracy

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit

• Handle customer inquiries, providing comprehensive and timely responses

• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service to all clients

• Enter data accurately, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date

• Conduct email correspondence with clients, providing information and resolving issues where necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage customer data and correspondence

• Resolve any errors in customer accounts promptly and efficiently

• Ensure account management practices are consistent and meet industry standards

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally.

• Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in account management with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

• Ability to identify and resolve errors promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
