Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Orange County is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part Time Caregiver/CNA. This individual will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living and personal care for our senior clients in Tustin, California. The Caregiver/CNA will be responsible for ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our clients. Compensation & Benefits: The Caregiver/CNA will be compensated at a rate of $18 to $20 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Responsibilities: - Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as medication reminders - Perform light housekeeping tasks and provide companionship to clients - Maintain accurate documentation of client care and report any changes in client's condition to the Registered Nurse - Follow the care plan created by the Registered Nurse and communicate any concerns or questions - Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities - Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and wellbeing Requirements: - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role - Ability to work independently and follow care plans - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation EEOC Statement: At Always Best Care Senior Services - Desert Cities/Orange County, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected status under federal, state, or local law.
