Summary:
Assist branch personnel with questions and issues regarding Loan Platform, ALS, Net Trax, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, exceptions, and other general loan questions related to property insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Assist branch personnel with insurance related questions. Input and verify information submitted to the insurance tracking vendor. Perform hazard insurance calculations as needed. Maintain knowledge of the requirements pursuant to loan policy and federal regulations. Understand and follow general loan policy. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

: High School Diploma. College degree or applicable work experience. Good organizational and analytical skills. Understanding of loan products and functionality. Professional written and oral communication skills. Ability to operate standard computers and office equipment. Ability to adapt to changing environments as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and workflow changes. General knowledge surrounding escrow and insurance preferred
