UL, LLC Senior Delivery Analyst, Global Market Access - Certification in Tunis, Tunisia

Independently executes the timely completion of complex GMA projects. Identifies and collects required items relevant to scheme checklists, identifies completeness of ready to certify package, submits for review and certification.

• Identifies appropriate defined plan outlining scheme requirements.

• Identifies if all required items (documents, contracts, and/or samples) are available as defined by the scheme checklist.

• Supports sales and engineering with GMA scheme-related inquiries

• Communicates to internal/external clients regarding required information per checklist, project status and final project deliverables.

• Supports internal/external customers in understanding regulatory requirements to access global markets

• Independently works with cross-functional divisions and teams to ensure projects remain on track

• May act as subject matter expert for specific schemes.

• Supports the global GMA team to build and maintain operational tools and databases.

• May handle simple GMA research projects and other knowledge services.

• May mentor GMA project handlers.

• Suggest and supports continuous improvement projects

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.

• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Preferably in Electrical or Chemical Engineering)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Independent knowledge of the TIC industries and the differences between the various schemes.

• Good working knowledge of basic business software is required (Microsoft suite).

• Skilled in critical thinking and problem solving.

• Strong communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write in English is required. Any other languages are a plus.

• Working knowledge of GMA objectives, processes, and procedures
