Pay : $39.15/hr

Hours : 8pm-6:30am, Sun-Th

Location : Tulsa, OK 74107

Position Type : Direct Hire

Job Summary : Troubleshoot and diagnose cause of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic system malfunction / failure of production equipment, and choose the most feasible method of repair and perform corrective maintenance

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems and electrical/electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical/electronic test equipment

• Repair or modify and maintain mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment by following blueprints, wiring diagrams, pneumatic drawings, and electrical and hydraulic schematics

• Understands and applies all applicable city, state, and federal codes (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc.)

• Dismantle machines and equipment and remove and replace worn or defective parts

• Repair parts using soldering, welding, and hand tools

• Test operation of machines following operation and repairs

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on all machines, equipment, and systems

• Maintain the facility including interior/exterior lighting, plumbing, and building repair as required

• Inspect equipment and work area to ensure safety of operations

• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner

• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 4+ years of related experience (electrical and mechanical experience)

• Knowledge of setup, SOPs, and required maintenance for a variety of machinery and equipment

• Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Experience with hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and test equipment

• Working knowledge of technical math associated with electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics

• Ability to verbally communicate with others

• Ability to use machine/equipment manuals and reference books

• Ability to work independently and as a team
