As IT Analyst II, you will provide support in analyzing, developing, and implementing information systems. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Provides daily support, monitoring and troubleshooting for Aveva (formerly OSISoft) PI application and related systems

  • Collaborates effectively with business partners to deliver new functionality that support business objectives related to operational data

  • Creates new and support existing business intelligence solutions and reports

  • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications

  • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications

  • Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner

  • Monitors, supports and diagnosis application systems to ensure specifications are met

  • Develops procedures for application system testing and validation to ensure system integrity

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year of IT experience

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of two (2) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:

  • Preferred: Experience with PI Server, Asset Framework, Vision, and Interfaces

  • Preferred: Understanding of field systems and devices, such as SCADA, OPC, PLCs, DCS, Kepware

  • Preferred: Experience installing and configuring PI client software

  • Preferred: Experience with SSIS or equivalent tools

  • Preferred: Prior database development and SQL experience

  • Preferred: Development in C, C# and Python

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

    Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to provide on-call support on a rotational basis
