Description
Robert Half is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to become an essential part of our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team. Responsibilities:
Compile monthly and yearly financial reports and statements.
Align account balances and bank statements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash handling, and payroll.
Generate and process journal entries while maintaining detailed account balance reconciliations.
Aid in the creation of budget forecasts.
Facilitate internal and external audits.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
2-5 years of substantiated experience as a Staff Accountant.
Excellent grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting procedures.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Excellent analytical ability and high attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function independently and collaboratively.
