Functions independently and/or in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team based on the patient's identified needs. Practice is within the scope defined by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act, based on the nursing process model and concept of community health nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number 1 year of Full time experience practicing as a Registered Nurse. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.
