Jacobs Travel Management System Specialist in Tucson, Arizona

  • Create authorizations for DoD travelers using the current Travel Management System (TMS) program of record (approximately 750 travelers per year); submit authorizations to government representative for final review and approval.

  • Review travel vouchers in the current TMS for completeness and accuracy (approximately 750 vouchers per year).

  • Use the J5 standard travel briefings to conduct in-processing and out-processing for students.

  • Coordinate/collaborate with other staff sections and courses to facilitate mission accomplishment.

  • Help maintain the J5 files and records in accordance to the ARIMS.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Secret Clearance

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of basic information, terminology, forms, or reports that are part of a transportation program or operation to screen for missing information, prepare final copy of documents, maintain files, respond to routine questions, or perform similar duties

  • Knowledge of Federal Government Travel System
