Community Health Systems HIM Technician in Tucson, Arizona
This is a Full Time, Day Shift, HIM Technician opening working on site at Sahuarita Hospital supporting Northwest Healthcare.
Performs a variety of duties in HIM records section, such as pulls charts, files, phone requests, locates, retrieves and files medical records as required, release of information, analyzes records for completeness.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Required: High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Experience: Preferred: Previous medical records and medical records computer system experience
