Community Health Systems HIM Systems Lead in TUCSON, Arizona

Description

This is a HIM Systems Lead position working Full Time Days based out of Houghton Hospital!

Responsible for staff knowledge and training of HIM records information, and for maintenance of medical record forms and Master Patient Index (MPI).

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education: Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred: Associate's degree or completion of a records management program.

Experience:

Required: Two (2) years previous medical records experience.
