Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, keeping customer records up-to-date, and processing customer applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming customers and liaising with the administration team and service department
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns
• Maintain accurate and updated customer credit records
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Manage email correspondences promptly and professionally
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks including order entry
• Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in data entry and order entry is necessary.
• Must be comfortable with email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer emails.
• Experience with scheduling appointments is required.
