Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Construction Coordinator in Tucson, Arizona. As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our operations, providing support for project management tasks. This position is within the construction industry and will involve maintaining meticulous records and managing customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a support for the project management team by assisting with various tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize and manage project details
• Carry out data entry tasks with precision to ensure accurate record keeping
• Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
• Monitor the status of customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Construction Coordinator role or a related field.
• Proficient in using Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry.
• Familiarity with construction processes and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance.
• Capability to read and understand construction blueprints and plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
