Caregiver Opportunity for Senior Home Care of Tucson

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized care to seniors in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure client safety
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
• Plan and prepare meals
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay: \$16.00 - \$18.00 per hour, based on experience
• Additional \$3.00 per hour for weekend shifts
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Flexible scheduling: Full-time (32+ hours) or Part-time (minimum 12 hours)

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow a clients care plan
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Reachable via phone or email for scheduling and emergencies
• Willingness to travel within the greater Northwest Tucson (Oro Valley, Saddle brook, Catalina and Marana area)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience with dementia patients and senior care preferred
• Must pass a background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Current TB test

• Morning: 7 AM - 1 PM
• Afternoon/Evening: 1 PM - 9 PM
