[Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network configurations. Implement and maintain firewall and security protocols to safeguard company data and customer information. Manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and access points. Administer and maintain servers, both on-site and in the cloud, to support our gaming and business applications. Perform routine server maintenance, updates, and backups to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot server issues and ensure data integrity and security. Provide technical support to employees and customers regarding hardware, software, and network-related inquiries or issues. Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, access permissions, and email services. Train employees on best practices for using our computer systems and network resources. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and data breaches. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies. Maintain detailed documentation of network and system configurations, changes, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, security, and compliance for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support staff and game developers, to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. Assist in planning and implementing technology upgrades and expansion projects. Must be willing to travel to various unanticipated locations within USADesign, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
