Description:
Manage existing sales, customer service, and marketing teams to for growing online sales, attaining new customers, increasing revenue and creating process efficiencies
Work closely with our Management Team to plan and execute the company’s digital marketing and advertising programs. Identify and develop methods, tools, and sites for promoting new products and services. Evaluate and improve the company’s current digital marketing activities and online presence.
Generate new sales leads and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
Develop and review pricing strategies and online promotions to improve profitability, attract customer orders, and maintain competitiveness.
Work closely with our Management Team to develop and implement plans to expand our products, services, and customer base through online platforms and traditional sales channels.
Work with vendors and partners to plan and execute online marketing activities, review service contracts, meet deadlines, then measure and evaluate their performance.
Strengthen communication with our customers and partners. Help determine their requirements and expectations, then work with the Sales and Customer Service Team to educate customers about our products and services and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Develop methods to understand, track, and minimize issues that lead to customer attrition and tactics to reactivate dormant customers.
Establish and track measurements for evaluating the performance of our sales and marketing programs. Help educate our Sales and Customer Service Team to improve their skills and success.
Coordinate with all departments to help manage projects, meet company and customer expectations, strengthen team communication and success. Participate fully in company meetings, training sessions, and any individual professional development.
Keep a positive attitude and an open mind. Be willing to try different processes, tactics and strategies. learn the company, and bring ideas to support and change
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with planning and achieving business growth through e‐commerce and managing complex digital marketing projects is required.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant sales and marketing team management is required with proven leadership and success within the role.
• A track record of leading and inspiring groups. Experience with driving improvement and building strategies from the ground‐up.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and organizational skills are required.
