Are you an experienced Used Car Manager seeking an exciting opportunity?

Subaru of Troy is looking for an aggressive and determined Used Car Manager to join our growing Team. If you’ve got a “Get it done” attitude and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. This position calls for an individual with a strong work ethic that is determined to excel in this industry.

  • Are you able to coach the sales team to increase used car volume?

    We are looking for applications from individuals with Automotive Management Experience and Proven Track Record. Requirements and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Appraise all Trades, Maintain Used Car Inventory

  • Ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met

  • Aggressively Maintain Online Inventory! We want the traffic!

  • V-Auto experience is highly preferred!

  • Possess strong desking and closing skills

  • VinSolutions & CDK experience a plus

  • 3+ Years Automotive Experience Proven track record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($134,100.00 to $200,000.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
