Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000
Position Summary
The OhioRISE Program Manager will aim to achieve the ultimate goal to keep youth in their homes, communities, and schools by assessing and delivering the appropriate services needed and reducing unnecessary out-of-home placements and potential custody relinquishment. The OhioRISE Program Manager provides direct supervision to OhioRISE Care Coordinator Supervisors and ensures quality service delivery by providing onboarding and ongoing training, monitoring program outcomes, and overseeing program compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct supervision to Care Coordinator Supervisors. Assumes interim supervisory role of Care Coordinators as needed in the absence of a Care Coordinator Supervisor.
Serves as a single point of contact for Multi-System Youth applications for Aetna, Ohio Department of Medicaid, and facilities.
Monitors program outcomes, including those related to value-based contracts.
Responsible for on-boarding of new OhioRISE Care Coordinators and supervisors to ensure new Care Coordinators and supervisors have the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in their roles. Follows up on any outstanding onboarding items including but not limited to training, credentialing, and OhioIDs.
Oversees documentation training, including training on Care Plans, to ensure all training provided is clinically appropriate.
Provides direct consultation and support, including remedial training, to address supervisor and Care Coordinator performance issues related to program requirements.
Supports and maintains positive working relationships with stakeholders in the catchment areas. Assists the Program Director with facilitating new partnerships and developing the system of care in the Catchment Area.
Participates in internal Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities, including process development, implementation, and outcome measurement that is program specific.
Maintains current knowledge of IT systems associated with the OhioRISE Program, including Arize, CANS IT System, Dynamo, Family Connect, and the Incident Management System (IMS).
Works collaboratively with NYAP support departments, including Human Resources, Finance, and IT, to advance program operations and outcomes.
Submit required external and internal reports and use reporting functions for program improvement efforts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution, professional licensure, independent licensure strongly preferred.
Two years’ direct supervisory experience, preferably in the OhioRISE program.
Must reside in OhioRISE Catchment Area C, which includes the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Hardin, Logan, Shelby, Darke, Miami, Champaign, Clark, Greene, and Madison.
Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in providing staff training relevant to program operations and requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to relate to diverse groups, and manage interpersonal conflict.
Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
OTHER SKILLS
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Regular Catchment Area C travel is required. Statewide travel occasionally required.
Must be open and willing to work non-traditional hours as well as assume on-call responsibilities.
Must be able to embrace working as a diverse team both effectively and respectfully with persons of any background, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, ability, national origin, or culture.
Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite software and applications.
