Since 1995, Milcon Commercial Concrete has been a leader and become one of the largest commercial concrete contractors in the Miami Valley. We are looking to fill open concrete laborer and finisher positions. All positions available will require individuals to have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
Requirements/Experience:
- Demonstrate the ability to assist foreman and crew in performing a variety of tasks
- Maintain a positive work ethic and respectful attitude towards others
- Help crew with clean up when finished on job site
- Show initiative and accountability, along with willingness to learn
- Pass a pre-employment drug-screen prior to first day of employment
- Must have a driver's license and/or have reliable transportation to work
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds

Compensation:
Pay starting at $17; Pay is based on experience and skill level. 90-Day raise depending on results of 90-Day review.

- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed
Experience: Concrete Finishing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
