Salary posted is for Fully licensed LMHC and LCSW and is based on experience: $65,461 - 68,211
LMHC-LP/LMSW salary: $58,617
Unity House is opening a brand new six-bed Crisis Residence that offers a safe place for the stabilization of psychiatric symptoms and a range of person centered, trauma informed services to support participants. This is a short term stay facility that serves participants for up to 28 days as they prepare to transition back to the community.

Position will be available October 21, 2024.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual therapeutic counseling to participants.
• Help create individualized participant service plans.
• Engage in program development and case planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Provide crisis intervention to participants.
• Provide linkages to relevant counseling services and assist participants in their transition to the community.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to meet participant needs.
• Provide accompaniment, support and advocacy as needed.
• Participate in rotating on-call system.
• Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Requirements:
LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC (supervision provided) and 2-4 years prior Master's level experience providing individual therapeutic counseling. Previous Experience working with mental health or substance abuse clients is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a Valid NYS Driver License.
