Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist

Come join a 4.5 Star Homecare Agency! We are looking for an RN dedicated to diabetes care and education, who will work with patients in the privacy of their home!

  • Educate on self-management of diabetes

  • Provide comprehensive diabetic care

  • Work together with an interdisciplinary team and the ordering Provider

  • Inservice staff on new diabetic technologies and insulin medications.

Required:

Current unencumbered NYS RN License

1+ year of RN experience

Obtained, or in the process of obtaining, CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator)

Pay Range:$36.50 - $49.95

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
