Aerotek Building Maintenance Technician in Troy, New York
BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED! ($20-25/hr)
Property Management company looking for a Skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team to renovate and maintain residential properties in Albany NY
Interviews ASAP and can right away.
Pay: $20-25/HR based on years of experience
Shift: 8a-430pm Monday - Friday
Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver’s license
Responsibilities :
Make ready / turnover units
Routine maintenance including but not limited to basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry
Apartment renovation & demolition
Preventative maintenance
Work Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation and an active driver’s license
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent drywall and plumbing skills
Working understanding of trades in order to install light fixtures, switches, outlets, toilets, sinks, plumbing lines, etc.
Skilled at organizing work, managing time, and following through on details
