Unity House Administrative Assistant A Child's Place in Troy, New York

A Child’s Place at Unity House seeks an individual for an Administrative Assistant position within our child care setting.

This position requires a hard-working, friendly and professional person with an eye for detail!

Position may be eligible for a $750 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities:

Maintain and review files as needed with attention to detail.

Organize files.

Record keeping and data entry.

Assist n urse and administrators as needed .

Photo copying, faxing and emailing as needed .

Ensure all records comply with current policies and procedures .

Other administrative tasks may be required

Maintain confidentiality of all information.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

A t least one-year experience in administrative or medical records position; proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook required. Must be highly organized. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to work both independently and within a team.
