Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to perform TIG welding of stainless steel exhaust systems ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" thick
This role supports the automotive and heavy-duty industries, working with various exhaust system sizes
The position involves low production welding and repair welding from robotic welds
Responsibilities
Perform manual TIG welding functions independently
Run robotic weld machines or Continuous Resistance Welders when manual welding demand is low
Troubleshoot robotic weld machines and train operators as needed
Operate, set up, and maintain manual production welding equipment
Ensure welded components meet customer specifications
Monitor quality, process paperwork, and maintain the work area
Meet fast-paced production requirements
Essential Skills
2 years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel (1/8", 1/4", 1/2" thickness)
1+ year of stainless steel welding experience (1/8", 1/4", 1/2" thickness)
1+ year of welding 1/8" material
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting weld symbols
Ability to identify metals, gauges of material, and perform accurate welding
Shifts
Openings on multiple shifts

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
