Your Key Responsibilities
Get product knowledge. Consult with Subject Matter Experts within Schaeffler to make accurate assessments in different situations. Develop, optimize and finalize project V&V strategy (and DVP) and report overall project DVP status to Customers on a regular basis. Maintain Traceability records of V&V activities. Identify and Escalate issues immediately to project management or TPM. Train members of the IV&V group in supporting V&V activities and collaborate with different teams from the Global Organization. Support Test Lab Manager and Test Engineers in carrying out testing activities.
Your Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or greater in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering subject area. Equivalent industry technical experience will be considered. All experience level will be given due consideration.
Preferred Qualifications: Good command of engineering principles. Experience in Thermal and mechatronic systems is a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with communication methods (team coordination, conflict resolution, moderation) Good Understanding of ASPICE especially for SYS. 4 and SYS. 5. Experience with understanding requirements and test specifications. Past test engineering experience preferred. Knowledge about reliability analysis, reliability prediction methods, accelerated life testing and other statistical methods preferred.
