How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage/execute Automotive B2C development initiatives per the direction of the Client and Internal Sales Team.

  • Work together to win together: The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the Manager, Project Management. You will need to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and be responsible for managing all data integration points between Epsilon and the client.

  • Innovate with purpose: As part of the project management team, you should be able to understand, and articulate business requirements as conveyed by internal or external Clients and have the ability to turn written and verbal instructions into comprehensive Business Requirements.

  • Impact : You will act as a liaison between clients, vendor partners, internal clients, and data engineers to define marketing campaign requirements and write business requirement documents detailing the inputs, outputs, processing, and personalization rules for the execution of each campaign.

  • Career Growth : If successful, the Senior Project Manager may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Lead level role or higher, helping to mentor more junior project managers and hone your leadership skills.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:

  • Ability to manage data integration points between the client, Epsilon, and vendor partners.

  • Ability to build and manage project timelines to ensure all milestones are met.

  • Work with internal teams to determine the scope of new programs, requirements, and prioritization of enhancements.

  • Perform in a multi-task, fast-paced environment and be able to quickly adjust to change.

  • Manage, coach, and develop Technical Project Manager direct reports, maximum of 2.

  • Initiative – Be proactive and can anticipate needs, take initiative with excellent follow through, and require little direction or supervision.

  • Problem Solving – Develop process improvements to make workflows more efficient and ensure programs achieve optimal results.

  • Collaboration – Collaborate with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements. Partner with data engineers to ensure accurate execution, including the mandate of quality checks at every stage of the production process.

  • Organization – Work through program priorities, resource allocations, and escalations as necessary. Work through research requests and troubleshoot issues to determine effective and efficient resolutions.

  • Why you might stand out from other talent :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related project management experience.

  • Direct mail, email, and/or digital marketing experience

  • Automotive Marketing or Agency Experience
