This position has an annual salary rate of $45,760.00

Provides leadership to program staff and support services to qualifying refugee clients in accordance with contract, organization and accreditation standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership to staff. Partner with Human Resources in staff attraction and retention efforts, including hiring, onboarding, professional development, coaching and counseling and performance management. Ensure delegation of responsibility and accountability
Assist with the development and implementation for assigned programs. Assist with managing program operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory and quality assurance standards and state, contract, and organization policy and procedures
Supervise ongoing data collection, analysis, evaluation and reporting of performance measures in accordance with contractual and organizational standards and requirements. Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of the program’s operating budget/financial performance within organization fiscal guidelines; ensure adherence to Corporate Financial Policies and procedures
Serve as the program liaison. Develop and maintain relationships with collaborating agencies, local communities and congregations. Represent Samaritas in the community as an expert by presenting at workshops and trainings and serving on task forces and workgroups. Coordinate and participate with the Advancement department on community outreach events, sharing of success stories and communicating the needs of the programs
Manage an active caseload. Coordinate all program related activities. May include employment and/or housing arrangements and inspections, client reception and orientation activities. May be required to assess US Tie’s and co-sponsor’s ability to assist in resettlement services and to comply with program guidelines
Maintain communications with applicable parties
Conduct ongoing client cultural orientation and complete assessments demonstrating clients understanding and information retention. Provide transportation for all Refugee Services as required or needed and in compliance with applicable child safety laws. Complete applications for Social Security card, public benefits and other applicable registrations within the required time periods
Document visits, case activity and all efforts to meet refugee material needs as outlined by program guidelines. Maintain relevant reports and statistics related to client activities and program services.
Manage agency program funds on behalf of assigned cases, monitoring balances, and ensuring proper entry of vouchers and supporting documentation
Attend and participate in required meetings and training efforts
Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
Bachelor’s Degree Or • A minimum of three years’ experience in community engagement, volunteer management, or related field.
Maintain Certification/ Accreditation relevant to position and contractual requirements.
Experience
Previous experience with supervising multiple programs within a nonprofit social service agency.
Additional Work Requirements
Automobile travel required. Valid unrestricted driver’s license with good driving record and reliable personal transportation suitable for safely transporting clients. Valid proof of automobile insurance.
