Location: Roseville, MI
Shift: • 1st (Mon - Fri 6:00 am -- 2:30 pm) • Mandatory Saturdays When Production Calls For It (Shortened Shift)
*Pay: *• 1st: $16/hr • Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card • Over-Time After 40 hrs/week (1.5x)

*Job Description: *• Component Assembly: Assemble intricate aerospace parts and systems using detailed blueprints and work instructions. Ensure all assemblies meet specifications and tolerances. • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on assembled components, identifying any defects or inconsistencies. Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to guarantee compliance with aerospace standards. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines. • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with engineers, quality, and other assembly team members to resolve issues and optimize assembly processes. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for reporting and quality control purposes. • Other Tasks: Any and all other job duties as assigned, including using hand tools, setting up machines for operation, and detailed cleaning or machinery and work stations.
*Requirements: *• Previous Manufacturing Experience (1+ Years) • Understanding that Safety and Quality are our first priority • Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications. • Must submit to background check and drug screening • Punctuality, positivity, team player attitude • Must own a pair of Steel Toes • Required to wear company provided PPE: Safety Glasses
