Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct tolerance stack-ups and basic engineering calculations. Primary project technical contact to manufacturing, supplier quality, purchasing and prototype shops. Define prototype content requirements, coordinate drawings/BOM with product design engineering and track prototype production. Lead Design - Design of Experiment (DOE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (D-FMEA). Assist in establishing component & assembly level requirements for testing and analysis, coordinate with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) Complete and sign off the DVP&R together with the project Application/Development Engineers Participate in and execute (RPA) returned parts analyses, root cause analysis; coordinate design or manufacturing related tasks. Work on the Automotive SPICE framework as per the project requirements. Conduct the DFA (Design for Assembly) & DFM (Design for Manufacturability)

Your Qualifications

University degree 5-10 years Experience on thermal management system & components will be preferred.
