Maintaining patient information such as medical history, test results, examinations and patient symptoms
Registering and scheduling patient appointments
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
Observing strict patient confidentiality
Dealing with a wide range of clients from patients to healthcare provider
Prior experience working within the healthcare setting
Previous experience with a healthcare practice management system preferred
Previous experience working with an electronic medical records system required
Previous experience within insurance verification and authorization required
Knowledgeable about medical terminology and insurance products and plans
Experience with Microsoft office required
