Aerotek Maintenance Technician in TROY, Michigan
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The floor has up to 700 ton injection mold presses
Screw in dies
Valve and Hydraulic ran machines
Water coolers to cool parts
Candidates will work in 2 man teams; there are 4 per shift
Candidates will also be responsible for troubleshooting 3 axis robots, hot runner systems (up to 480v), performing preventative maintenance routines, running hydraulic machines, replacing pumps and motors if necessary, PLC troubleshooting issues, working on prox switches and sensors, and ultimately following lock-out tag out procedures
Shifts
1st Shift : 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
3rd Shift: 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. (Sunday night start)
