is seeking to fill thirty-five (35) temporary, full-time seasonal Lawn Maintenance Crew Members positions for April 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025. Worksite address:
1401 Souter, Troy, MI 48083 and client properties in Oakland, Sanilac, Livingston, Huron, Macomb, Tuscola, and Lapeer counties, in Michigan.
Job Duties:
Lawn and landscaping maintenance laborers will perform a variety of general landscape maintenance duties, such as plant and maintain trees and flowers using basic hand tools, such as shovels and mow, edge, water, and seed lawns. May drive crew vehicle.
Requirements:
No education, experience or training required.
Special Requirements:
Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Some OT and weekends required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. May drive crew vehicles.
Terms and conditions of employment:
$18.99/hr, 40 hours/week, Overtime available at $28.49 per hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-3:30PM. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid bi-weekly on Friday. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. On the job training available. Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Landscaping Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout Oakland, Sanilac, Livingston, Huron, Macomb, Tuscola, and Lapeer counties to perform landscaping duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day.
The employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows:
Optional housing available. Rent to be deducted from paycheck for approximately $100 per week.
Employer to provide first set of company shirts, work pants, and sweatshirts free of charge. Option to purchase additional uniform clothing which can be deducted from payroll. Employee cash advances or loans made at the employee's request optional, which may be repaid by payroll deductions. E
mployer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.
