Labor Rocket 2 Food Production Packager in Troy, Michigan
Labor Rocket is seeking dedicated individuals to join a production team in Clinton Township where you will be responsible for packaging various products at a local food manufacturer. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who can maintain a steady pace on the production line and perform repetitive tasks effectively.
*Shift and Pay: *
15.50/hr paid weekly
2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime on Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack products into various types of packaging.
- Ensure the code date is accurately placed and legible.
- Inspect the packaging for any defects or compromises.
- Verify that each box contains the correct number of packages.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong ability to collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
- Comfortable walking up and down stairs.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs frequently.
- Willingness to work in slightly elevated temperatures.
- Must wear the provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
