TEKsystems Claims Processor- ON SITE in Troy, Michigan
TEKsystems is hiring several Claims Processors to work for an insurance client located in the Troy, MI area. These positions will offer a HYBRID schedule for both training and normal shift after beginning ON SITE.
Quick turnaround on hiring! This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to rapid growth with the client.
Job Description
-Interact with customers and clients to request or provide insurance documents, proof of insurance, collect payment information and conduct follow-up
-Answer calls professionally in a fast-paced call center atmosphere.
-Research required information using available resources and systems.
-Provide customers with product and service information.
-Process insurance documents and claims
-Identify and immediately service or escalate high-priority issues – prioritize and take initiative
-Perform follow up customer calls when necessary
-Handles roughly 25-30 calls a day (Monday and Tuesday are the busiest days)
Qualifications
-1-2 years of customer service experience(call center, retail, restaurants', front desk, etc)
-Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are very important
-Ability to prioritize
-Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
-Must be confident, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, professional, polished, organized, and possess the ability to multitask
Hours/Shift
Training:
Monday- Friday
8:00am- 4:30PM- 3-4 weeks of paid training on the same shift
Pay
16/HR.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
