The Sr. Operations Consultant acts as the Operational Subject Matter expert during the implementation and deployment of a new or expanding outsourced workforce solution to ensure optimal client experience. This individual will lead the Business Process & Technology Workstream with key inputs for Change Management, Invoicing/Finance and Supply Chain Workstreams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operational subject matter expertise includes end to end business processes

  • Leverage partnerships with cross-functional teams to support miscellaneous technology elements such as integrations, 3 rd party timekeeping systems, purchase order systems, etc.

  • Support change management strategy and activities

  • Develop and deliver all required operational documentation for program enablement, including guides for program team members, client and supplier users.

  • Provide strong post-launch support to program team, internal and external users

  • Participate in all relevant project meetings, based upon workstream topic

  • May be requested to support multiple projects simultaneously, dependent upon project scope and team capacity

Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience with invoicing, working with accounts payable, and backend support

  • Extensive proven experience in outsourced workforce solutions and/or business consulting

  • Ability to consult and negotiate with internal and external clients to achieve the desired end result

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a cross functional team of internal and external partners to deliver a high quality solution

  • Ability to be agile, innovative, strategic and results oriented

  • Effective time management and organizational skills to support multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, including a keen ability to deliver effective communications to executive leadership both internally and externally

  • Critical thinking and effective listening applications to evaluate a situation and develop a sound solution which meets the objectives of internal and external clients

  • Technical aptitude to support learnings of new technologies and systems

  • Desire for continuous improvement and continuous learning through self-directed or company provided options

  • Business acumen and experience in large complex organizations
