We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Trinity and seeking a qualified Front Desk Representative that is focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community!
POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with membership retention, building a relationship, providing a positive experience. The Front Desk Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmated customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time position for the early morning shift. Hours are approximately 5:30 am to 7:30 am Monday - Friday. Great position for those that are early risers that would love a free membership as an employment perk.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
Warm welcoming and engaging personality
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in retail
Self-motivated and takes initiate
Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must have proficient computer skills
Occasional travel may be required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Authorization to work in the United States required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients
Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
Attend and complete all relative training programs
Take pictures for social media platforms
Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Frequently lifts and moves equipment around studio weighing up to 10lbs
Other duties as assigned
