Fiserv Technical Quality Assurance - Sr Professional II in Trenton, New Jersey
Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix.
Manual & Automation Testing, API Testing (knowledge of Web services testing application), knowledge of test management tool.
Automation scripting knowledge
Able to execute manual & automated tests, document results and update defect tracking systems
Should be able to Analyze Test Requirements specifications and give inputs to Test plan and Strategy
Developing, Creating scenarios and test case creations
Should be able to work in a scrum team as an individual contributor and Manage the execution of small testing projects/PBIs.
Experiences in Test management software
Knowledge on Cards domain is preferable
Good to have Skills: SoapUI/Postman, SCTM, TOSCA, Swagger, understanding of API requests and SOAP protocols
Understanding on Entry and exit criteria and should be able to sign off for module on which they are working upon
Experience developing automated test suites for Web app/API testing
Familiarity with industry standard CI and experience with testing tools such as Jenkins or others
Experience with issue-tracking and agile project management systems such as Jira, or other issue tracking systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Work with Functional team/Development team to update defects with required information, if requested and move to closure by validating once fixed
Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing.
Help drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement with an emphasis on test automation, technical curiosity, and data-driven decision making
