Position: CustodianI Reports to: Principal, Asst Principal, Custodial Supervisor Term of Employment: 12 months Pay Grade: 50 Pay Range: $1898.40 - $2614.96 Anemployeeinthisclassperformsroutine,manualworkcleaningandmaintainingbuildings. Theemployeealsocontrolsbuildingheatingandairconditioningequipment.Theemployee performsrecurringtasksinaccordancewithestablishedpracticesandcleaningschedules. Whenproblemsarise,anemployeeinthisclasswillreferthemtoaleadworkerorsupervisor. Errorswillberevealedbyinspectionofworkandarenotlikelytoresultinlossoftimeor resources.Supervisionisdirectwithfrequentinspectionstoassurecompletionofassignments inaccordancewithinstructionsandstandardsofcleanliness.
