The Role
The QA Officer QMS is responsible for assisting the QMS Team in ensuring QMS related tasks are completed within the required timescales and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities:
Produce compliance related metrics for the site and assist in the provision of data for Quality Management Reviews.
Perform periodic updates of the Self-Inspection Schedule to ensure this is up to date.
Management and administration of Customer Complaints.
Track corrective and preventative actions from Internal and External audits.
Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List.
Perform vendor re-assessments.
Coordinate external audits in accordance with the required schedule.
Ensure Quality Agreements and TSE Statements are periodically updated.
Assist in the generation of Nitrosamines Statements.
Requirements
Experience of working within a pharmaceutical environment under the Quality Department.
GMP Skill Level 1 is essential for this role.
Proficiency in IT.
Self-motivated.
Ability to get results through co-operation and influence.
