Description
Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Treasure Valley. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks such as account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. You will also be expected to use your problem-solving skills to understand and explain the financial information provided in P& Ls.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation to confirm all data is accurate and complete.
• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns.
• Utilize Oracle and other ERP systems for various accounting tasks.
• Leverage your problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and understand the reasons behind the numbers.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Oracle and Oracle Fusion software
• Experience with Month End Close operations
• Familiarity with Paylocity software
• Proficient in using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
• Understanding of Profit and Loss statements
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge of General Accounting principles and practices
• Ability to prepare and analyze Balance Sheets
• Experience with accounting Reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
