Tax Program Specialist Quality Reviewer -- Traverse City
Help low-moderate income families, seniors, veterans, and persons living with disabilities get the tax refunds and credits they deserve for FREE in our year-round community program! Undergo on-site IRS training and make a big difference in your community by preparing tax returns in support of the IRS certified VITA/TCE NMCAA Free Tax Program and connecting taxpayers with other valuable community services and programs. Some college preferred, but not required. Associates or above preferred in Business, Finance, or Human Services Field.
Prior experience with tax preparation, accounting, or other finance-related fields. Familiarity with TaxSlayer return preparation software is ideal. Familiarity with Microsoft offices suites and Outlook. Full time, year round. $19.57 per hour.
