Lead the way to Excellence:

The President will define and drive a culture that emphasizes provider and employee engagement, and is oriented toward integration across the physician enterprise, increasing cohesion between geographically dispersed clinics and practitioners. They will undertake this with a focus on the delivery of high quality, patient-centered care, and in partnership with MHC system executive team and regional hospital leadership.

An emphasis on and role-modeling dyad-leadership will underpin the development and strengthening of clinical leadership across MPN through more clearly defined clinical roles and administrative partnerships and elevate involvement of providers in planning and decision making.MPN has experienced substantial growth and with anticipated continued expansion, it is imperative MHC secure a talented, experienced leader who has successfully driven improvements in provider engagement, access, infrastructure, standardization, quality, and financial performance.

What we're looking for:

Masters in health administration, business administration, public health, or related field requiredMD/DO strongly preferred; non-physician executives may apply and will be consideredMinimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic, operational, and clinical roles in large multi-specialty medical group and employed medical group settingsKnowledge and experience with payor quality initiatives (i.e., PCMH, MACRA) and population health models (i.e., clinically integrated networks, ACOs)Proven ability to work successfully in a complex, matrixed multi-hospital healthcare systemDemonstrated track record of excellent provider relations in a team-based collaborative environment

Ready to make a difference? Your responsibilities include:

• Develops provider recruitment and retention strategies across the system, in collaboration with Regional Presidents, service line medical directors, executive directors, and MHC Physician Services• Develops and manages provider contracts and compensation models that align with MHC’s True North• Develops and implements innovative system-wide initiatives and technology enabled platforms optimizing patient and physician access across entities and sites of care• Engages physicians and operational leaders in improving consumer and patient access from design to execution across an integrated health network. • Monitors performance on payor quality programs to maximize capture of available incentive dollars• Develops and evolves standardized provider compensation models in a manner that aligns with True North performance.
