We have the best schedules in healthcare! Most Clinics operate during normal business hours Monday through Friday and are closed on Holidays.
With over 100 clinics in Northern Michigan, our Medical Assistants can expand their knowledge in different specialties without leaving the organization: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Heart & Vascular, Oncology Services, Surgical Services, Orthopedics, Urology, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Behavioral Medicine, Quality and Medical Specialties: Sleep Medicine, Wound Care, Pulmonary, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Occupational Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Nephrology & Rheumatology.
What’s Required:
CREDENTIALED MEDICAL ASSISTANT
High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred
Credentialed as a Medical Assistant from an approved Munson Healthcare Credentialing Organization.
BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
NON-CREDENTIALED MEDICAL ASSISTANT
High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred
One year (1) relevant experience working in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting in a provider/patient support or Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program approved by Munson healthcare.
BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
