About the Role
Embedded in a dynamic team of project managers, you will be entrusted with development projects for the drive systems of the future. In ongoing communication with the customer, you will steer projects with a focus on electrification .
Your Responsibilities
• Technical leadership of international customer projects in the field of power electronics and inverter for electric and hybrid systems
• Independent conception and responsibility for project timelines and budgets
• Proactive project control in terms of technology, quality, cost-effectiveness, and deadlines (based on detailed project planning including features/tasks)
• Concern and change management
• Sustainable development and leadership of project teams
• Communication with internal and external partners or customers
• Regular reporting
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a person who is a team player, demonstrates a high level of personal responsibility , possesses strong organizational and communication skills . Additionally, a solution-oriented approach, resilience, analytical thinking, and the ability to interact on an equal footing with others are essential qualities we are looking for.
Your preferred qualifications
Technical education (masters) in the field of electrical engineering/electronics or mechatronics
At least 5 years of experience in project management , preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of power electronics and inverters and their development is an advantage
Excellent German and English language skills are a must
Willingness to travel within Austria/Europe up to 20%

Remuneration
It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. The gross monthly salary (for All-In) according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 5.400,- (14 x p.a.) for this position. Overpayment based on relevant experience and qualifications is common practice.
This position can be filled at the Magna Powertrain locations in St. Valentin, Lannach, Traiskirchen, or Untergruppenbach.
