About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Development of hardware and power electronics for inverters in the automotive industry
Creation of simulation models using Matlab/Simulink/Plecs and coordination of tests for model verification
Preparation, setup, and execution of development-related measurements
Creation and modification of circuit diagrams, including support for PCB design
Implementation of development processes (Automotive Spice, ISO26262)
Who we are looking for
We are seeking someone who is passionate about power electronics and is ready to bring their enthusiasm and motivation to become a valuable part of our team.
Your preferred qualifications
Technical education (Masters) in the field of electronics , electrical engineering , mechatronics , or technical physics
Understanding of complex systems consisting of mechanics, electronics, and software
Strong interest in the field of power electronics
First experience with MATLAB/Simulink and/or Plecs
Excellent German language skills, good English language skills

Remuneration
It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. The gross yearly salary (for 38,5h/week) according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 58.800,- for this position. Overpayment based on relevant experience and qualifications is common practice.
This position can be filled at the Magna Powertrain locations in St. Valentin, Lannach, Traiskirchen, or Untergruppenbach.
