What to expect.
You will work with clients tofind and maintain meaningful employment. Direct support services include engagement, assessment, job search, job development, and job support.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conductingassessments to determine which job(s) are interestingto a client, as well as what skill level they require.
- Using extensive networking toidentify potential job leadsand talking to employers about a clients abilities and desires to work in their place of business.
- Providingfollow-along supports including targeted interventions and job coachingto help maintain employment.
- Supporting clients withbudgeting and money managementas assigned.

What we need from you.
- A high school diploma or GED, bachelors degree preferred.
- 1 year of vocational or behavioral health experience is required.
- Two years of positively referenced work, student, or volunteer work.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
