What to expect.

You will work with clients tofind and maintain meaningful employment. Direct support services include engagement, assessment, job search, job development, and job support.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conductingassessments to determine which job(s) are interestingto a client, as well as what skill level they require.
  • Using extensive networking toidentify potential job leadsand talking to employers about a clients abilities and desires to work in their place of business.
  • Providingfollow-along supports including targeted interventions and job coachingto help maintain employment.
  • Supporting clients withbudgeting and money managementas assigned.

What we need from you.

  • A high school diploma or GED, bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1 year of vocational or behavioral health experience is required.
  • Two years of positively referenced work, student, or volunteer work.
  • A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
